Setting up iCal server for office - Mac and PC clients

I am having a bit of a problem...

I run a Lion server a small company and I am trying to setup a local iCal for the office. On the Mac side of things everything works fine, but when I try to setup the calDAV on the windows side I run into a host of problems.

For some reason I cannot access the iCal calDAV information on the PC's and I have searched the web for such answers. Has anyone successfully setup a local iCal for both Macs and PC's, what am I doing wrong????:confused:

Please help me! :eek:
