Mountain Lion - internal network inaccessible frequently

Hi,

I have upgraded to ML. I used to be able to Remote Desktop into my work machine using Cord without problems in SL. However, after the upgrade, I find that the work machine becomes inaccessible frequently. Internet sites work when I hit them with browser.

I try to ping the work machine and even pings don't go through. I see the following messages in Console. Has anyone seen this kind of behavior?
