27 down and 7 up in Richmond VA

Edit: this is Verizon. Not that it matters as I don't think either of the other two carriers have LTE here

North of Detroit, I've gotten a low of 6 down, 3 up when I only had 2 bars. At my house with 5 bars I'm getting 12 down, 15 up.

Orange County always has awful speeds. We have close to 4 million people living in a rather small area and then we have tons of tourists every day. Puts a lot of strain on the towers.
