I live in Hartford ct my speeds are 12.19 Mbps 156ms are these good I thought that was good but after seeing all the others are getting I feel like mine is ****

North of Detroit, I've gotten a low of 6 down, 3 up when I only had 2 bars. At my house with 5 bars I'm getting 12 down, 15 up.

im out by naperville and am only getting 12 down but 20 up on vzw let...was expecting more...
