30pin was for my car when I had the iPhone 4 and the lightening is for my car for the 5. I have my cables that came with the phones in an area that I don't wanna try to get out everyday (i.e. behind a heavy nightstand) so I got the extra cables to prevent moving it.

I review them for my YouTube channel and then either hand them across to my neices, or give them away via competitions on my channel.

Before this year the only apple products i had brought where an iPod touch 2nd gen 32gb and an iPhone 3gs 32gb.

So far this year i have got a 15" MacBook pro, Wireless keyboard, Magic mouse, Magic trackpad, iPhone 4 32gb, 5th gen 80 gb iPod classic and 2 docks.

And i will have an iPad by the end of the year (not sure which one yet) and maybe some earpods.

It's been a good year.

This is the first year that I haven't purchased any Apple hardware. Right now I'm happy with everything I've got: my iPhone 4 should do fine until the next model, the iPad 2 has another couple of years in it and I'm hoping my iMac (2011) will last me well for another 3-5 years.
