APPLE RAID CARD MAC PRO TOWER Issue

Since upgrading to ML The Raid utility keeps launching at start-up. I have to disable via command line and it keeps comming up at Start-up. I know the battery is on it's way out. Probable cause?

Silly question: is it set to open at login? Right click on the icon while it's in the dock -> Options -> Open at Login should NOT be checked. I know that's silly, but I'm an IT guy & lots of the problems I see are easy fixes like that.

Besides that, I'd suggest looking for a new battery for it. Ask one of the genius' at an Apple Store.
