I am attempting to return a refurb MacBook Air. I called and was told I would receive a prepaid label. Instead I found a return label (not pre paid) on my order status page.

Does apple not give prepaid labels with refurbish returns?

I tried calling but waited for a while and no customer rep. So I figured I'd ask here before I tried again.

If they don't that's cool. Just don't want to wait on hold for nothing.

Thanks.

Yes they give pre-paid labels. You may need to call Apple and then they will email you the label. They also give you the option of sending it back with whatever carry you like (you pay upfront - should refund once item is received).
