What happened to MacThemes.net?

I've been trying to access it for two months, and it has been down :/. Is MacThemes.net gone?

Are there any other similar sites? The modding community there was so extensive - I haven't been able to find another place like it.

Yeah, I'm wondering the same thing. Their domain hasn't expired, but maybe their host vanished?

Yeah, the only alternative I can find is ShapeShifter, which is okay but it costs like $20 to register and it isn't open-source

ThemePark is much nicer, but MacThemes.net seemed to be hosting most of the non-ShapeShifter themes (At least ones that are compatible with Mac OS X 10.4/5 for PowerPC.)

I've been getting timeout responses from their server for a while now. Apparently this has happened more than once for long periods of time:
