How can I get a Windows icon/program into my dock?

Using Parallels 8 and Windows 7 on 10.8.2. Want to put a Windows program icon in my dock. Thanks!

Still having trouble with this. The icon shows up in the dock when the program is in use, but disappears when the program is closed. I want it to stay there so I do not have to go to the Windows start menu every time.

Once an application is open (should be in the dock), with the cursor on the application, use two fingers to tap your trackpad. A menu should pop-up, tap options, then Keep in Dock.

That should do it.
