Force specified programs to open to a particular monitor

Does anyone know of a 3rd-party app that can force specified programs to open to a particular monitor when that program is first launched?

I have a triple-monitor setup and I'd like to find a way to open my web browser on the center monitor every time I launch it, iTunes on the left monitor, Photoshop/Lightroom/iPhoto/etc on the right monitor.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated... Thanks!
