Apple delaying releasing 6.1 because the jailbreak will be released immediately after.
Hurry up Apple, I want my 5 icon dock and SBSettings back! |

Interesting release on a Saturday. Must have gotten delayed and they had to push it out before beta 4 expired.

Whether you believe it'll be a huge overhaul or not, they are clearly dedicating resources to iOS 7. 6.x is old news aside from bug fixes.

lol at the people who are disappointed. Did you really expect an iOS revamp from the ground up from a point release?
You get bug fixes, and some polishes and thats it. Whether you like it...or you like it.

Aren’t these small .x updates only supposed to be optimization, bug fixes etc...? Or am I wrong?

Yes they do that when they post on the subject. It's happened before.

---------- Not gonna happen. Luckily this is no university assessment article or it'd fail for lack of references to material that was obviously referenced or used from someone else. |

It's not that big of a deal. Making fun of it is just making it into a bigger deal.
The one in this thread isn't mine. It's different than mine. It looks like the one from 9to5mac. Really, stop with the stolen screenshot references.

Release notes haven't been uploaded
![]() I updated my iPhone 5 and they changed the baseband. ![]() At this point in time, I'm convinced the new baseband and expiration date extension are the only changes.

This is the GM.
Build number of a final build and not a GM, installs and activates without UDID registration, and has no ReleaseType lockdown Keys.
