OS X: Dark Athena issue..

Hello,

At first excuse me for my bad english. Ok now the problem, yesterday I downloaded The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Athena from the App Store. Today i installed it and want to play it. But after i start the game i see a very strange game picture.
hopefully you could help me

i'm playing on an macbook air 2012
8 gb ram
intel hd graphics 4000

Seems a lot of people have graphic issues especially on Mountain Lion. You might have a better luck by lowering effects a bit. But definitely seems that a patch is needed.

Yep, it's a Mountain Lion issue. I talked to the devs about six months ago and was told a workaround is on the way, but it seems like all hope has been abandoned.

But hey, on my 17" 2010 Macbook Pro the game doesn't run even anymore and I used to have such a good time with it on Lion.

You could try contacting the support to see whether there are any fixes for the HD 4000 (I have Nvidia).

If that fails, Windows might be the only way.

ok thx, i try to contacting the support. yes you're right but if it won't work.. then i want my money back..
