Hello,

I have not been able to click my Trackpad at all. The "tap to click" works as usual but pressing the trackpad to click doesn't work at all. I have tried resetting SMC and even clean-installed my Mac. The only issue I have with my Mac is that the battery condition is poor (Replace soon).

Currently running Mountain Lion 10.8.2

Please help.

does it 'click' and not work, or does not even click at all?

if it is the later, your battery is swollen preventing the trackpad to work - remove it ASAP as it can do damage.

cheers

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. It does click as usual but doesn't work. I have replaced my battery too.
