Apps Not Syncing On New Mac Mini

Since moving over to a new Mac Mani my Apps don't seem to sync up with my phone correctly, what I mean by that is...

If I update an app on my phone it would previously remove the old version of the app from the Mac and chuck it into the recycle bin. It's not doing that now and I've constantly got a large number of apps to update, even though they have been updated on my iPhone!

Any ideas?

Yeah it seems to have happened with iTunes 11. I don't know if its a bug or they've changed the way it works deliberately

Ahh ok thought it was just me! Seems a weird way for it to work, guess ill wait for an iTunes update and see what happens
