When does the Mac Store UK refurb section update?

I was wondering if anyone knows when it first gets refreshed each day?

I know stock disappears as and when it's sold through the day, just wondering when I should first check it to stop the temptation of keep checking it through the night

I think it updates throughout the day but the morning is definitely the best time to be checking. That email things sounds pretty useful.

You can set an alert for new arrivals and product availability. And receive alerts by email, SMS and automatic phone call
