I've been trying to figure out how to choose a UPS for the maxed-out 27" but I'm still befuddled. :eek:

I like the price of the lowest-end pure sine wave UPS from Cyberpower, but have no idea whether I need something better to protect my new baby (soon to arrive, I hope!)

Max continuous power draw on the i7 27" iMac is 310W, so that model is fine in that regard. You could expect to get probably 15 minutes or so run time at normal usage.
