Safari vs Chrome?

The only reason I use Chrome over Safari is because I think Chrome is much faster. Thats about it...

I mainly uses chrome. I like the speed of it, and the simplicity.

I know that Safari has been updated, and is a lot like that now, but it still seems like Safari runs faster.

When thats said, I hate that chrome's not yet 64bit, and in denmark all webbanking and electronic papers, is done thru java. I have to open safari to do that...

Safari just seems to run better on my macbook so that's the only reason I'm using it over Chrome :\

Chrome. Speed, clean UI, extensions.

Better battery, Less heat. Safari is my choice.

Safari does the job for me.

Say what?
When in chrome press "cmd" + ",". That will open the options "tab" for chrome. At the bottom, you can set it as your default browser. Voila

I like Chrome its super smooth to me, and like the extensions it offers.

I've never been a fan of Safari. I use Chrome on both my PC's and Macs. It's fast, and I like that it automatically synchronizes my bookmarks, extensions, and settings across all my computers when logged into my google account. Before Chrome, I used Firefox

i think safari is still the smoothest browser of the retina, so that the only reason i still use it

personally, i prefer safari. it looks nicer (in my opinion)

I use Safari because it's the only browser that supports OS X's features (i.e. pinch to zoom, disappearing scroll bars, etc)

I've become a fan of chrome, and use it on my macs, ipad, windows box, iphone and droid razr. Safari gets very rare use...

I've been using Chrome as my main browser for a while now. I just like all the built-in tweaks that don't require additional software.

I prefer Chrome over Safari, but I think the former is draining the battery on my Macbook quite effectively...

32-bit is a no-go for me.

Safari - because it's not Google.
