What is a good hex number/color app, that could be set to say specifically web colors, but also can pick colors while open in windows you are in? Also, are there any out there that show "themes" or colors that are complimentary?

While I'm not a huge fan of any color-picking app (and I've tried a few) I do use Frank DeLoupe.

The most outstanding feature of Frank DeLoupe is it puts the sampled color directly in Photoshop's foreground color.

Very handy.

Exactly why I love it too. I used to put Photoshop to one side, and then use the picker outside of it to get a color I wanted to use.

Wow! I'd never heard of Frank DeLoupe. Looks amazing - and I'll definitely have to pick that up.

I tend to use both Adobe Kuler and Spectrum a lot. :)
