Hi all i was wondering, i have a 17inch Powerbook, the ones jsut before the screen revisioins (1.67ghz from around february 2005) and I've been trying to figure out waht sorta heat it produces compared to the macbook, as I've been looking at getting a macbook simply for size, and well it seems to fit my uses just fine. The only thing is, the temperature readers for my 17incher always read out about the same heat level, even after heavy usage. I have a severely hard time beliving that my computer always stays at around 27degrees celcius when starting up new, vs. being on for a few hours. I was hoping that others with a 17inch powerbook might be able to get their temps in or something so i can get a better idea of how much it's really heating up. Thanks for any and all help.
