We are experiancing this on several of our eMac's (1.25 and 1.42). The flat hex screw below the ram door (directly under the optical drive) is so tight the only way to get it out is to break the casing. When the onsite tech can't get the screw out he calls apple tech support and they tell him to BREAK the case!. The onsite tech that apple has sent is refusing to break the case as per apple care's instructions. Is anyone else having this issue?
