The only way I'm able to hear the other person is when I press the "Speaker" button. My iPhone has never done this before. The ringer volume is turned all the way up, so I'm clueless as to how to fix this problem. Please help.

Okay, it's working now. I plugged in the headset, made a quick call, and unplugged the headset.

A lot of times for some reason the phone will think that a headset is still plugged in. If that problem happens just take your headphone and plug them in and take them out and it should fix it.

That was my problem, I finally noticed it when I unplugged the headphone while playing the ipod was still playing. (normally pauses the song) iPhone still thinks the headphone is plugged in, the ear speaker will not work, but speakerphone will. Blow out the headphone jack.
