extracting audio from a dual audio .mp4 file?

hi guys i have ripped The Shield Season 5 with handbrake, i used the itouch/iphone template but also added the commentarys as the second audio...

i have watched the series and now i would like to just listen to the second audio track on my ipod shuffle.

how do i demux the .mp4s?
i have tried a couple of methods but they only leave audio #1 behind.
