Wiped Harddrive - How can I recover my information from my iPhone

I saved my music, but I didnt even think about things like my calendar, contacts, and applications. Can i get them off of my iPhone back to my computer?

Applications you can just redownload for free from the appstore so don't worry there ..... contacts could be the sticky one .... i know you can sync to the addressbook but i'm not sure if it would just go from comp to iphone or both ways ...
