Finally bought my copy today.
Not to begrudge the authors, and I hope they are the beneficiaries, but the price went up to $53.67 at B & N, up about $5 from about a week ago. The price currently on Amazon is $46.50. With coupons I paid $43.72 w/tax.
I also note my copy is the 44th printing, February 2009. What a publishing success story!
