Hiya,

I have this old powerbook G4 (os 10.3.9) on my hands. It says that the HD is full (finder says free space 0) even tho this machine is used for nothing but internet surfing and to store a few photos. It has a 55GB drive and there's no way that it's all used by files. I've tried disk utility and macjanitor. I tried finding some apps to help me but I don't quite know what I'm looking for. What programs could i run to see what's using the space? or to see if the HD needs fixing?

thanks for any help

I suppose that before he can load any new apps or utilities, he'd still have to clear some drive space, either by deleteing or transfering to an external drive or network drive.
