I have a g3 motherboard that I'm converting to ATX, but the onboard video doesn't work. I have an elsa erazor II (basically a riva tnt2) 16mb pci video card that I would like to use, but it has to be flashed first. I found a site with a lot of roms here , but I think that they are mostly PC roms.

Anyone know of a site where I can get a rom to flash with?

Apple never used Nvidia TNT cards in their computers. They only used ATI Rage video cards during that time period. So a Mac rom for that chipset does not exist. I believe the first Nvidia cards they used were the Geforce2MX line, or possibly some Geforce2's as a BTO option.
