Help: PDA Sync Problem

Hello,

My friend aquired a Palm M505 PDA. She installed the Palm Desktop and the updates for it. When she has the PDA connected to her powerbook and tries to sync it, on the PDA it says something along the lines of it can't sync becuase the port is in use or something?

Can anyone help?

Does she have any other USB devices hooked up? I know it's not supposed to be a problem, but once in a while, I've got to do one thing at a time. It seems to be a conflict with my printer...
