I'm trying to hook up a Gateway LCD monitor to my powerbook as a second monitor. However, every time i plug it in, the PB screen turns blue for a second (im assuming that means it recognizes the LCD) but then i get nothing but a black screen on the Gateway monitor. Is there anything i have to do to get the PB to run with a second DVI LCD screen?
