Did you activate or upgrade your Rogers iPhone on a term contract between January 1, 2009 and June 7, 2010?
Then you’re eligible for at least $250 off the no-term device price. That’s an iPhone 4 16GB/32GB for $399/$499 on a new 3-year voice and data plan.

Wait, so does this mean they just re-new our contracts?

Damn it i was gonna extend my contract tonight but now with this iphone price i dont know what to do.. FULL price is outrageous

Bell iPhone prices released... $40 cheaper than iPhone 3GS!!! But they won't wave $35 activation fee on iPhone 4's, try calling customer service later.

16Gb - $169
32Gb - $269

on 3 yr. term. 2yr is unavailable.

So which one would you get? I find 16Gb is reasonable as my 2G and 3GS iPhones are 16Gb.

TOLD YA SO, IT"S OFFICIAL!!! On July 26th they knew the prices, I wasn't lying. I ordered it on July 26 and got order confirmation number with the above prices I mentioned, picking it up at BellWorld tomorrow morning, in and out quick, Woo hoo!

its pretty odd, my gf spends around $115 per month and upgraded to the 3G in Feb 09, and she is only eligible for the $399/499 pricing while I spend $105 per month and upgraded last June to the 3GS in Jul 08 to the 3G.

I was originally thinking that I would be paying more for my iphone 4 that for hers (I pay for both lines) but I guess she gets the short end of the stick again (or, I guess, I get both ends of the stick because I pay for both accounts).

Folks it's NOT working correctly so do not take this as gospel. Please use the following as a guideline:

Did you activate or upgrade your Rogers iPhone on a term contract between January 1, 2009 and June 7, 2010?
Then you’re eligible for at least $250 off the no-term device price. That’s an iPhone 4 16GB/32GB for $399/$499 on a new 3-year voice and data plan.

Did you activate or upgrade your Rogers iPhone on a term contract on or before December 31, 2008?
Thank you for your business. You’re eligible for at least $480 off the no-term device price. You can pick up an iPhone 4 16GB/32GB for $159/$269 on a new 3-year voice and data plan.

Did you activate or upgrade the original iPhone 3G in 2008 and then upgrade again between June 19 and September 15, 2009?
You’re also eligible for at least $480 off the no-term device price. You can pick up an iPhone 4 16GB/32GB for $159/$269 on a new 3-year voice and data plan.

Just talked to Sales and 3 different reps and they all confirmed that I am eligible for the $159 pricing. I got my BB in December 2008. So just follow the above and you should be good.

I got my iPhone 3G on July 30, 2008 and it says that I will need to pay the full upgrade price of $650. I just called Rogers and she said that I am not eligible until tomorrow (exactly 24 months since I purchased my iPhone) and that the upgrade price won't change until tomorrow.

I also asked her about pricing for the iP4 and she had NO idea what the prices are going to be. She said that that haven't received that information yet.. LMAO!!

So I really have no idea if I will have trouble upgrading tomorrow or not. :(

The Fido one seems to be working properly-my 3yr contract is up and it says I'm eligible for a 16GB model for $159. Which is great because I have $145 Fido Dollars lying around :D

Oh yeah-the eligibility page clearly stated that you CAN use Fido Dollars in the upgrade, so don't believe the BS anyone at a Fido store might give you (Apple store told me yes, Fido store told me no....)

Argh, no online or phone orders!!! I can't get to a store until Monday. They'll all be sold out and I bet I won't be able to get one before my new contract kicks in on Aug. 8. This is going to screw everything up!:mad::mad:

Maybe I should call and put the new plan I negotiated yesterday on hold indefinitely...? Advice?

I call KAKA!

I got my first cellphone ever (IE, signed a 3-year contract) in April of 2008, and haven't taken any upgrades since - would I be eligible for the $299 32GB iPhone? I've been using the first iPhone for all this time (Rogers things I have a KRZR).

If anyone has any insight, that'd be great

I just walked into Rogers today and complained about the pricing and they sold me an iPhone 4 for $269 unlocked!! Just setting up the new phone on iTunes right now.

Got the Confirmation # and Employee # who took my call, I already had a Bell Account for my wife (iPhone 3GS), I am leaving Rogers and adding second account iPhone 4 (shared). So it is a new account. I am not BSing otherwise I would not post here, and my prices were correct to, so it's not like I made them up.

any telus info yet? my sis got a 3gs on launch day, and dropped it in the pool last month. she's hoping not to have to pay full jam...

im on robbers and getting one tomorrow! WOOOOO!
