Does anyone know of a way to run a PHP file every fifteen minute on Mac OS X (SL)? I'm running MAMP, not Pro, I've seen tutorials, but none of them work. I know that I'll have to do it through Terminal. Any tips?

Most of them give a terminal code to run, and the code doesn't work, I don't see an update.

I'm guessing you're using cron…?

You don't have to use cron, you can use launchd and it can be configured using a free GUI, called Lingon.

launchd has some more powerful options than cron, which may or may not be needed for the task you have in mind. But I'd just thought I'd throw it out there…
