Live Coverage of Apple's 'Back to the Mac' Media Event
![]() ![]() Banner at Apple's Cupertino headquarters (Source: setteB.IT) Apple today is holding its "Back to the Mac" media event, where it is expected to introduce several new and updated products. The event is scheduled to kick off at Apple's corporate headquarters in Cupertino, California at 10:00 AM Pacific Time / 1:00 PM Eastern Time, or just about an hour and half from now. Just about two hours ago, Apple announced that it will be offering live video streaming of the event to compatible Apple devices. In addition to Apple's video stream, we will be updating this article with coverage as the media event unfolds. We will also be issuing Twitter updates through our @MacRumorsLive account. Will be interesting to see what's lined up after all this focus on the iOS devices, but just to remind people, this will probably be like last time there was a live conference, which means Apple will probably stream it through their site but only through Safari.

I was going to say the same, actually. I know they always do it for their big conferences, but does Apple usually decorate their own campus with banners for these pressers? It's funny (and awesome) what a big event they make these things. And maybe I'm just bored, but it is an impressive 3D effect, too. The shadowing is perfect. |
