I just picked up one of these bags by Ariat on sale, and it turns out that it fits my iPad perfectly, with a couple other pockets for other stuff. I didn't buy it for the iPad but it was a good fit. Ariat makes lots of great equestrian gear (riding boots, clothes, and bags), and this bag is under $25 (found it for $18 on sale). Sorry, this one is pretty much for us girls.

It's not padded but it fits my iPad in a Yoobao Slim case, no problem. Lots of fun colors too.
