Sold my iPad about a month or so ago due to the lack of developer support in the gaming arena, and bought an iPod Touch. In terms of game availability for the iPod Touch, its amazing how often the new releases are updated. I just checked back on the iPad site, and still mostly the same crap.
I just don't get the developers. There is a brand new iPad 2 coming out of the shoot in a few months, that will most likely be smaller, have more memory, better screen, and one maybe 2 cameras, yet developers don't see to be giving the iPad any more attention than they did during launch...maybe less.
I mentioned this before and some responded by saying that developers needed time to get quality work out on the market, but that is crap. The iPhone 4 is the bread and butter and iPad buyers are just not commanding enough of the market share to get a fair shake on releases.
Let's hope it changes, or at least the developers can make universal versions for both formats.
