I synced ipad to itunes to download some music to ipad. After the sync, all my apps (over 40) were deleted from ipad. I can see the apps on itunes, but it does not allow me to check the apps to sync and load back to ipad. How can I get the apps back from itune to ipad? Or do I have to purchase the apps again on ipad? Please help! I hate to lose my kid's saved drawings in the app!

Right click on your iPad in iTunes and try to "Restore from backup".

Restore does not restore!
Did the restore from backup as suggested, still no apps on ipad. The App tab on Itunes are all grey-out, cannot click to sync! I am new to Apple devises and getting really afraid to use this supposedly "user friendly" ipad... Please, any other options?!
