CoolBook settings -- late 2010 13" Ultimate?

I know there's a hundred thousand threads about CoolBook, but I'm finding it really difficult wading through them for just a list of specific and applicable settings for my model. Anyone using it for the late 2010 13" Ultimate (2.13 GHz) feel like tossing over what settings they've picked specifically?

I'd like to buy the license but the program itself is a little intimidating and the 15-page threads with opposing comments and information for the old models is tricky to work through.

I went through that mess and here is what I'm using without any issues on my 13" Ultimate:

798 - 0.9250
1596 - 0.9250
1862 - 0.9250
2128 - 0.9500

Throttling is set to "medium".

I haven't tried 0.9375 or 0.9250 at 2128 MHz.

I did all .0925 except the last one (2.13ghz) at .93
It worked fine and battery life was great but the scrolling and animation wasnt as smooth as before. I raised it to around .97 for 2.13 I think. It's still functional though with extensive CPUtest-ing so if you want you can use it on battery life and keep regular or tad higher settings on AC.

Can some1 tell me what the actual battery-win is?
I just tested it twice and it seems like i have a little battery win.

I have the 1.86ghz 4GB and used it on 0.925. First i did use the 800mhz and the 1600mhz, but when i was streaming HD if was flickering all the time. So i deleted those settings en kept it on 1.86ghz.

This can't possibly have anything to do with volt settings, I mean either the CPU works or it doesn't. (??) However, set throttle to "high". This way the CPU will respond better with higher CPU frequencies when you do intensive tasks on your mac. Use "high" if you have several CPU freqs like 4 or more.

Only recently bought CoolBook for my 11" MBA and my '08 MBP. Should have bought it aaaaages ago, getting markedly better battery life on both and on average running 10 degrees C cooler, and that's just undervolting, not underclocking. Awesome, money well spent.

So what would you recommend?

800mhz
1600mhz
1860mhz
All 0.925 works fine.

The Throttling High?

Or should i add the 930mhz?

I bought the license but while the guy is fixing an issue with my email address preventing registration, I had another question.

If I *only* want the throttling while on battery power, and don't want any change whatsoever while it's plugged in, do I delete all the entries on the side or leave them at the defaults?

I want the Air to do its processor/power management as it was before I installed CoolBook, IE with no changes at all, while it's plugged in. I'm only interested in the throttling for when it's on battery.
