Thank you, both! I actually have that theme on my laptop. I thought I looked in all of the Bundles, apparently I didn't look in the MobileStore close enough. Thanks for the icon and the theme link.
I think they're actually from a Mac OS desktop theme. Found the images on dA and simply resized them for iPhone 4.
damn, i wonder if i can find a theme like that. id love those type of icons as my dock icons.

Awesome folder icons! Anybody care to post the string on how to add these folder icons to a winterboard theme?
I was trying theme/Folders/SpringBoard.app/FolderIconBG@2x.png
