Ever since I bought it, my iPhone has been lagging like crap. I didn't notice, because I used to have an iPod Touch 2G, but when one of my friends used it, he said it was lagging, so he showed one of my other friends, who compared it to his iPod Touch 3G. I noticed a pretty large difference. It isn't so laggy I can't use it, it's just a liitle bit laggy in things like touch responsiveness in apps and the image on the screen doesn't move really laggy, you can just notice that it is making little jumps, instead of giving the illusion of movement. I rebooted it and it was smooth for 3 minutes, then it was laggy again. Also, I have to restart it before I can use apps like Infinity Blade and NOVA 2. I took it into the Apple Store and they said it shouldn't be doing that and they didn't know what to do. The guy also said it didn't qualify for a replacement.
