Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_2 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8H7 Safari/6533.18.5)

I have the same problem. I'm surprised no one has responded yet. My work around has been to open the camera program and select the most recent photo. This gets me into the photo album and then I can scroll through it. Not good.

Have you killed the photos application in multitasking?

Double tap your home button
Hold down an application until they start wiggling
Press the red button in the top left of icon
Open up Photos again

Obviously a software issue.. that should fix it temporarily until Apple pushes a fix.

Yeah it's an annoying bug. Like already posted just kill the process then relaunch it.

I get it in Twitter and Facebook apps sometimes also.
