ease of use? apple bluetooth keyboard + iPad

I've got a question for those of you that use your iPad with a Apple bluetooth keyboard. How often do you find yourself using it with your iPad? Is it easy to use? Frustrating in any ways?

I did for a while but it's frustrating not having a mouse...I use an MBA for content creation now....the ipad is for content consumption...both have their place....
