Hi,

Do imported photos from iphoto HAVE to be in an event? I'd like to import photos of my dog which were taken over the last 3.5 years. I don't want an event, just an album. Also, some of the photos are in events already, some are not. Can I import them al into one album without creating an event?

Nope. Just leave the name blank and it will just group them by date if you like. I imported thousands of pictures without events and sorted them by date...then realized I wanted them in events so started dragging and dropping, PITA.
