White iPad vs. Black iPad

White = makes blacks on screen look darker

Went black for my iPad 1 and white with my iPad 2. Love the white more than the black and will prob do a white for ipad 3. It just make things like reading and web surfing feel much less framed without a big black boarder.

I own both.
Black- better for watching videos in the dark as the white bezel glows a lot.
White- better for web browsing as it makes the screen seem subconsciously bigger.

I like white because I web browse more than I watch videos in the dark. The black seems to make the screen look a lot smaller and has a more pronounced border.

You don't need help. Just put a white one on the left and a black one on the right. Then pick either side to start on (OK pick the right side). Then with each word go back and forth (left to right to left to right etc..) until done. Buy the one you stop on.

What color do you like better? Seriously... that's what it comes down to. There's not a whole lot of difference between the two when actually using the iPad. It's all about preference, the iPad works the same either way.

White is John Travolta and a big glittery disco ball.
Black is Johnny Cash, the Man.

That's why Steve Jobs used to charge extra for black MacBooks. But I guess he decided it wasn't cool to take advantage of people like that.

I have both. One is black, the other is white. Makes sense.

Black is for power mongers. White is for pacifists.
Black is foreboding. White is optimistic.
Black is war. White is surrender.
Black is the night. White is the day.
Black is nothing. White is every color combined.
Bad guys wear black. Good guys wear white.

Pick the side you feel the most sympathetic with. Choose that color.

My white iPad does not get dirty.
