Hello,
I would have gladly searched before posting, however I am really perplexed for what to search for. I believe, this might be a quick question, actually.
I am moving my file server from Win7 to Mac Mini SL Server.
On a Win box I have shared couple of folders, say AA and BB. When mounted (and I can mount those folders individually), the files on the winbox (shows up in network connections as WINBOX) have file paths saved in this manner:
/Volumes/AA/filename
There is no "WINBOX" to see here. Which is what I want to replicate on MM.
I have two harddrives on MM, one of them (HD_2) contains both directories, AA and BB. When I mount the server, the file paths look a bit different:
/Volumes/HD_2/AA/filename
How do I get rid of "/HD_2" part?
Please.
Thanks,
pop
