How can I set some default options for my printer?

Specifically, I have an HP LJ1012, and under Paper Handling, it defaults to enabling Reverse Page Order (which it shouldn't).

How can I change this so that it will stay that way for all print jobs?

Thanks

In the Print window (which comes up when you choose File -> Print (or cmd-P) you can set a lot of settings using the drop down menu with "Copies & Pages", "Layout", etc. Then, whenever you're happy you choose the Presets drop down menu and choose "Save as..." and give the preset settings a name...

Thanks, I was looking all over to find a way to save that.
