Just finished updating Apple TV to iOS 5.

Photostream, WSJ Live, AirPlay Mirroring and a new Theatrical Trailers UI were added.

Is there a way to verify the checksum?
 
I just installed iOS5 on my iPhone 4 (Verizon) and the build number is 5.0 (9A334). Hope this helps to clear up some of the confusion.
 
10.7.2. download

saw i someone saying downloading 10.7.2 ? hmmmm i don't see anything on their download site :-(

Disable WiFi if not using it, as it starts searching for APs to connect to. Also, disable notifications for apps you don't really need to notify you.

Also, in some cases, I have noticed that my iPad starts trying to synchronize time but takes a long time, which is not normal. I disabled "Set Automatically" and battery life has improved.
 
Downloading update for iMac and iPad 2 right now in Canada. So far speeds are awesome about 30 for iMac and 15ish for iPad. (iPad update is downloading to my MBP)

yes i bloody know that. christ alive. what I'm saying is, when they do release 5.0.1 or whatever, will people running the GM get the same error and public release people be able to OTA update or has everyone got the same message.
just because the betas all said "software is up to date" which seems to me what it should say.

You just have to run Software Update, it'll find 10.7.2, and the Lion Recovery Update. Keep in mind that it'll probably take a few hours to download. Just under 900 MB for the two combined

You assume too much. Have you ever gotten an OTA update? No... so how do you know if is supposed to say up to date to begin with unless you were in the entire beta process.

You are up to date, stop worrying!
