Does the Skype App allow video chat over 3G?

I know for FaceTime you have to be connected to wifi. Does the Skype app allow you to video chat over 3G connection?

Yes, Video chat works on 3G on Skype. But keep in mind that if you don't have unlimited data plan then most likely you will use a lot of data.

Awesome, thanks. I was just wondering because I'm sending someone a bday gift, and he has the 4S but no wifi where he will be. I want to Skype while he unboxes it. He has the lowest data plan on AT&T so I guess I'll make it quick :p
