iPhone 4 message issue?

Hey guys, my iPhone 4 just started acting up. It is sending and receiving messages pretty late. It just started happening today. Im on AT&T if that helps. Anybody else having this problem? Pretty frustrating.....😕😕😕😕😕😡😡😡😡
