White screen on iPod touch 4th gen?
My niece had her iPod touch 4th gen white screen. I've never heard of this before searching for it. I've did the usual hold home and power for 10 seconds and it does nothing. I can't get it to restart or tuen off.
Any other suggestions? I don't know if she has ever backed it up or anything so I guess I'm thinking for the worst right now and I have to do a full restore. Anyway I could possibly pull stuff off for worst case scenario? She's young and freaking out. Thanks!
