What are the best encryption settings to use with TrueCrypt?

I have been using AES-Twofish-Serpent with the RIPEMD-160 hash algorithm, is this the best/ good? My passphrase is secure.

You honestly don't need anything greater than AES. If you use the 3 layer encryption algorithm, it'll take a long freaking time to transfer to and read from the encrypted media compared to other encryption methods. Unless you have some sort of top secret government files, I'd use AES 256.

It actually doesn't take that long, it seems normal. I just want the best possible secure options for my backups/etc.. (The ones I store in the cloud)
