HSPA+ speed improvements

I stayed with ATT iPad when upgrading from the original iPad because of my existing unlimited plan, even though LTE isn't available where I live in Oklahoma yet.

The fact that it supports HPSA+ helps.

I just did a speed test. My old one was 2mb down, .18 up. The new one is 4.2 down, 1.78 up.

That's about what I get with my iPhone 4S, and that is very sweet.
