thunderbolt display adapter for 2011 imac?

Hi,

has anyone come across an adapter which allows a 2011 21.5" imac to be used as a display for other divices, eg. xbox 360? if nto an adapter is anyone making imac specific cables for external devices?

You would need way more than just a cable; you'd need something to convert the signal to thunderbolt. No one has yet marketed one.
