I have this annoying glitch or bug that brings back deleted audio clips. Mainly with voice overs.

Checkout this video I made that shows this glitch in action!

After I made the video I was able to get two more takes before it started happening again.

Any ideas about how to fix this?

If you have tried force quitting iMovie, and you have restarted your computer, try opening up a new finder window and go to [Your Home Folder]/Libary/Preferences] and delete all the files that start with "com.apple.iMovie". Don't worry about deleting these files, iMovie will regenerate them automatically.

Note: You can also always drag the old files back from the trash into the Preference folder.

There is also a video tutorial on how to do this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sXwRG-xZFyU
